Teenage hair loss...?

For the past about 5 months, my hair has been coming out, not in clumps, just more when brushing and washing it etc, and thinning slightly. Is this hormones, or could it be my diet which isn't that great?Teenage hair loss...?
Teenage hair loss is becoming more and more common even in girls as young as 13. The best natural remedy for female hair loss are aromatherapy scalp formulas using essnetial oils such as rosemary, peppermint, basil etc. You can make your own or purchase from the source below.

There are many possible causes. You can read about the common causes of teenage hair loss here: http://ezinearticles.com/?Common-Causes-鈥?/a>

Teenage hair loss...?
It could be genetic (any baldness in your family?), high stress, or poor diet. Also, don't brush excessively. That can cause your hair to fall out faster.

To make your hair seem fuller than it is, use volumizing products. Also, putting olive oil in your hair as a masque ten minutes before you shower works pretty well, I've always found.
I would say not to use chemicals on your hair. Why don't you go for some home remedies. Egg whites, lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for hair loss as well as for healthy hair at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/hairfall.htm鈥?/a>
acne meds like accutane and tretinoin cream cause hair loss and certain birth control pills with low estrogen %26amp; higher androgen hormones in them. also a major stress event can cause telogen effluvium--where the hair has a big shed in the body's response to stress
